About Jeannie
Jeannie Ingram is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Personal and Executive Coach, and Consultant. As a counselor, she specializes in Grief, Traumatic Stress, and Stress Management. Throughout her career, she has helped people through their most difficult times. She has worked with disaster, suicide and homicide survivors (those left behind), rape and domestic violence survivors, as well as police, fire and rescue personnel in Critical Incident Stress Management.
As a Personal and Executive Coach, Jeannie assists individuals who are in life transitions or seeking positive change or growth. In some cases, a person may feel "stuck" and ready to map out a plan to accomplish new personal or professional goals. Executive coaching involves working with the client to develop the skill set, "emotional intelligence" or professional maturity to advance in their career. Using the client's agenda, we identify values, set measurable goals, then meet weekly, either in person, or by phone or e-mail.
With more than 30 years experience in the workplace, Jeannie has a strong background in human / career development, as well as extensive experience in training, consultation and working with the media. Jeannie speaks on leadership and motivation, and provides training in communication skills, working with the media, stress management, critical incident stress, conflict resolution, and of course, Living on Purpose.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is currently in private practice in Atlanta, Georgia, and enjoys speaking to all kinds of groups on a variety of topics. She loves hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and Frisbee with her dog, Moseley. Most of all, she is dedicated to helping people find success through the discovery of meaning and purpose in their lives.
